How GSDC handles the personal information it receives — through this website and in the course of an engagement.

Last updated: September 2026

01Who we are

GS Documents Clearing Services CO L.L.C. ("GSDC", "we") is a corporate services practice registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy describes how we handle personal information received through this website and in the course of an engagement.

02What we collect

Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and the contents of any enquiry or assessment form you submit.

Information collected in the course of an engagement: identity documents, corporate documents, and the supporting materials a mandate requires. These are collected under the engagement agreement, not through this website.

Technical information: standard server logs. We do not run advertising trackers.

03How we use it

To respond to enquiries, to assess whether we can act, to perform an engagement, and to meet the legal obligations that attach to a licensed UAE practice — including anti-money-laundering checks where the law requires them.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where an engagement requires it (a bank, a registry, a government authority) or where the law compels it.

04Where it is held

Client files are held in the United Arab Emirates. Where a mandate involves an authority or institution in another jurisdiction, the documents that authority requires are transmitted to it as part of the engagement.

05How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is deleted within a reasonable period. Engagement files are retained for the period UAE law and our regulatory obligations require, and then destroyed.

06Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where no legal retention obligation applies. Write to us at the address in the footer and we will respond.

07Changes

This policy may be revised as the practice or the law changes. The date above reflects the current version.
