Seven Practices
Most clients arrive needing one of these and end up using several. They connect — a licence decision constrains the banking options, which constrain the visa sequence, which affects the tax position. We keep them under one roof and one accountable person.
Representative Matters
Four Stages, with the Scope Fixed at Stage Two
Assessment
Activity, ownership structure, current tax residency, visa requirements, and how your file reads to bank compliance. Those five things decide the jurisdiction — sometimes the honest answer is that it isn't the UAE.
Fixed scope, in writing
One document setting out what will be delivered, in what order, by when, and at what cost. The fee is anchored to the scope of work rather than to the value of the assets involved. It changes only if the scope changes, and only in writing.
Execution
Licence, constitutional documents, establishment card, visas and Emirates ID, with a named person accountable and a report at each milestone.
Banking & compliance
The KYC dossier prepared before the bank requests it. Corporate tax registration, a VAT assessment, and a compliance calendar covering the first year of obligations.
A Boutique Practice
GSDC provides corporate services across the UAE under trade licence 1281119. The firm was established on a documents clearing licence — the government-facing work that sits underneath company formation, visas and attestation — and that remains the foundation of how we operate: the authority-level work is done by us directly rather than subcontracted.

We design business structures aligned with your strategy — not based on license templates
We don’t sell “Free Zones.” We build business infrastructure with long-term tax planning, control mechanisms, and a clear path for future growth.
Every client is a priority — we work personally, not through ticket queues or standard flows
Each project receives direct attention. Your legal, banking, and accounting experts are brought in under our coordination — you don’t have to find them, we manage everything for you.
We commit to fixed timelines and legal guarantees — no vague estimates or delays
Fast doesn’t mean rushed. We guarantee setup within 7 working days, and this commitment is secured in your service agreement.
We operate within clean, legal jurisdictions — no grey areas, no risky schemes
GSDC works exclusively in compliant jurisdictions. We do not use grey schemes, and we protect clients according to international standards (TRC, CFC, FATCA, CRC).
